Over at my personal blog, The Growlery, I am conducting a non-scientific poll in the name of Science, collecting preliminary data to help me formulate research questions on a new project. The topic: how to read phone numbers. While I’m not using this data directly, the more respondents I get, the better I’ll be able to think about issues relating to the lexical interpretation of non-lexical numerical symbols.
